RETURN POLICY

At www.bobthetrainguy.com  I  strive to make your experience shopping with me a great one. I do everything I can to assure you get the merchandise quickly and exactly what you ordered. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, I would  be happy to accept returns within 7 days under the following guidelines.

You may return new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Items should be returned in their original product packaging. Please contact me prior to returning your order. Shipping charges will not be refunded. The customer is responsible for  shipping back to my warehouse. Returns sent COD will not be accepted.

DAMAGED PRODUCT

If a package has been damaged in shipping and it is apparent when the package arrives, please REFUSE the delivery. If you discover the item has been damaged after you have accepted the page please contact me as soon as possible. Make sure you keep all of the packaging material and paperwork with the damaged product. The shipping company may need the materials to process the claim. Please do not return damaged-in-shipment merchandise yourself. It could jeopardize your claim and keep you from receiving credit for the return.

DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE

If you receive defective merchandise, please contact me for return instructions. In most cases, I will accept returns and make adjustments. Please also contact me  if you receive products that are missing parts. I will make sure that you receive the part or I will exchange the merchandise.
