This decoder is a stationary DCC decoder that can drive a Tortoise type stall motor and respond to DCC accessary decoder commands. The decoder includes a port (controller) that can hook up to an off-board pushbutton and indicatot LEDs for local control and indication. There is a jumper (LtSwap) for reversing the indication of the LEDs so that they will match the turnout. A pushbutton on the board (address) is used for setting the DCC address.
