This kit would also make an excellent company house, sharecroppers house, small farm house, hillbilly shanty, or house on the wrong side of the tracks. Kit includes laser-cut wood structure that features laser etched nail holes in precision fit tab and slot walls. Laser cut floor has a laser etched porch floor. Laser cut doors, windows, shutters and trim feature peel-n-stick adhesive for easier assembly. Also includes laser cut screen door, handrail, stairs and a stair assembly jig. Cabin has laser-cut peel-n-stick tarpaper roofing while the outhouse has lasercut hexagon shaped shingles. Cabin includes a cast metal smokejack.
